This newly renovated home in sought after Moffat Beach is just a casual stroll from the famous surf beach and lively café scene. With plenty of room for the whole family, this contemporary beach home offers loads of character and casual open plan design. The modern kitchen features breakfast bar and the latest appliances while the comfy, tasteful furnishings throughout make relaxation a breeze. This superb holiday rental is finished to the highest standards complete with light timber flooring and luxury bathrooms. Both storeys open to spacious balconies overlooking the landscaped back lawn and tropical garden. There’s undercover parking, Wi-Fi and a smart Tv. Ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout ensure comfortable stays all summer long. Linen is provided but beds are not made due the linen hire company used. Each property has a refundable bond which will be charged when your balance is due.
