A cosy, two-bedroom, fully furnished suite with its independent entry and amenities.
This guest suite is not to share any area inside of the house with anyone.
We live in a quiet spot. Yarrowee River and Reserve are just steps away from where you can have a relaxing hike.
Ideally located in Sebastopol, about 3.9km south of Ballarat and a short stroll to supermarkets, cafes, fast food chains, pharmacy shops etc. This guest suite is suitable for guests who want to stay in a comfortable space.
The guest suite comprises:
A spacious DOUBLE BEDROOM with a double-sized bed, a comfy double-sized sofa bed and a TV, perfect for friends to hang out, chat, and unwind. This room can comfortably sleep 2 adults.
A SMALL BEDROOM with a double-sized bed which can comfortably sleep 2 adults.
A separate SHOWER ROOM and BATHROOM include quality towels, shampoo, body wash & a hair dryer.
A joint small kitchenette area with a washing machine in the LAUNDRY ROOM. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, an induction cooktop, choices of teas and coffee, and tableware and cutlery.
You will have a private entrance to the suite, and you will have access to a parking space which is beside the driveway.
The guest suite is at the side of the property. It is part of the main house, but you will not need to share any spaces with household members.
PLEASE NOTE, there is a joint cooking facility with a washing machine in the laundry room. You will have access to a microwave, bar fridge, kettle, cutlery, crockery, an induction cooktop and a washing machine in one room. We don’t provide a separate living room.
