Uniquely positioned close to the harbour, our property will provide a quiet location with spectacular ocean views within walking distance to the harbour and heart of town. We are also just a short walk to the beautiful beaches and cafes of Mollymook and a short drive to the bustling township of Milton and the pristine Burrill Lake.
My husband was born in Milton Hospital and grew up in both Milton and Ulladulla. I was born in Hornsby Hospital & grew up in South West Sydney. We are a down to earth attitude couple and love the simple things in life. We often head out in the morning to the "One Track For All" its a popular easy walk for all to enjoy. Its a 1.9 klm solitude walk where you can enjoy the view of Ulladulla harbour, or look out into the Tasman Sea. Depending on the time of year you might even see whales or dolphins swimming by. We often stroll into town to one of the local café or dine in one of the many Restaurants Ulladulla has to offer. North street is quite and peaceful and we are exited to welcome you to our home and truly believe that you will fall in love with all that is on offer in our little piece of paradise.
Convenient and quiet location where you can walk down to Rotary park. You often find local fishermen coming back to the boat ramp with their catch of the day. You may observe the pelicans feeding on the freshly cleaned fish. I have witness up to 17 pelicans feeding at one time. Collers beach is a 13 minute walk up the hill from our location, its a beautiful spot to have a swim, or sit and relax and read a book. We have the beautiful Mollymook Beach just up from Collers beach and The Bogey hole is situated in front of the magnificent Mollymook Beach golf course. If your into hiking I recommend you head out to Morton national park & climb Pigeon House Mountain Didthul walking track, you will not be disappoint with panoramic views of the area. After a day out I recommend visiting Cupitts winery where they offer local wine and cheeses or dinner in a rural setting.
