This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone service is available for in house guest emergencies. Property keys will be found in a lockbox at the property, and you will be sent an SMS once the property is ready with the lockbox code. Arrivals are after 15.00 hours, and check-out is before 10.00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged with prior approval and is subject to availability.

This four bedroom, two bathroom home has been furnished spectacularly, just perfect for your next holiday. This property has been designed to soak in the magnificent views. Moor your boat on your own private floating jetty or watch the sunset with your favourite beverage on the large deck. Downstairs: Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. Laundry. Separate toilet. Large Deck Upstairs: Master suite - King Sized room with walk in robe and ensuite. Bedroom 2 - Queen Sized Bedroom 3 - Queen Sized (opens into shared bathroom). Bedroom 4 - One Bunk Bed Semi ensuite shared Bathroom Deck. This property has child gates at the top and bottom of the stairs and has a secure yard making it perfect for children. Also included is a floating jetty with space for an 11m boat (no power or water available at jetty). There is parking space for the car and boat with no clearance concerns. Please note: Carport and Garage are not accessible for guest use.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle by walking to shops and eateries. Exmouth is the ideal location for a leisurely stroll or bicycle ride. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required in advance. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. The taxi service caters for general transport needs, however a visit to the scenic Cape Range N.P and the many beautiful beaches will require a private vehicle or joining a day tour. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year; we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, as early as possible to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes, and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
