Property information

Set in a quiet residential area close to Shelly Beach (1.1km by car and 600m walking) and only 4km to the centre of town, a great place to relax, rewind and recharge. As soon as you walk in the door, this charming tastefully decorated house gives you a very comfortable relaxing feel. The property consists of 3 bedrooms with a queen sized bed in the main bedroom with compact ensuite, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 single beds in the 3rd bedroom with all linen supplied. The comfortable lounge area has a smart TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi.  There is a wood fire heater to enjoy for the cooler months and air conditioning for the warmer months. Separate dining area which leads into the fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher and microwave, and overlooks the enclosed back yard. Out back there is a large undercover outdoor area with BBQ and outdoor setting, where you can kick back and enjoy an afternoon drink and a meal. There is a fully enclosed back yard which is perfect for your beloved dog. The property also features a laundry with washing machine and a lockable storage room for your convenience. Bedding: Queen in main bedroom, queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 singles in the 3rd bedroom, all linen is supplied. Please note there is a refundable five hundred dollar security bond for this property. All card payments will incur a 2% surcharge.
