You simply won't want to leave. 1 master suite downstairs and 3 on the upper level, one with a beautiful stone bath for relaxation at its best. WIR’s, Smart TVs, fans & air conditioning in all bedrooms. King beds, 2 of which have the option to be split into 2 single beds. Living and dining areas downstairs open up with concealed doors taking you out to the fabulous BBQ. entertaining area and pool.  The Villa is designed for the latest in comfort and practicality in stylish indoor/outdoor living. Peaceful relaxation hub in the upstairs atrium for quiet time or just lounging around.  Full kitchen with quality SMEG appliances including coffee machine & juicer/blender, butler’s pantry with ample space to cook up a gourmet meal or have your own in-house chef to prepare a meal for you & your family or guests to enjoy. Free NBN internet, security gates, keyless entry, full laundry facilities, lockup garage, 5 smart TV's, ceiling fans and air conditioned throughout.  Free and secure onsite parking for two vehicles. We welcome children over the age of 12 years old only, due to the open loft space and stairs. If you have younger children email us your requests for consideration. No need for a car - Aria Villas are a 5 minute stroll to all the Restaurants, Cafes and boutique shops on fabulous Macrossan Street and surrounding areas. Four Mile beach is only a 500 metres walk where you can enjoy a day on the beach. We offer a beach cart with beach chairs and esky and loads of room for your beach goodies. Alternatively, sun lounges and umbrellas available to hire from local operators on the beach. The Marina is located a 400 meter walk, great for that sunset drink at the end of the day . CANCELLATION POLICY - Should Government imposed travel restrictions prevent you from travelling within the 60 day cancellation period then you may receive a credit for a future booking (12 months limit). You must inform us of your cancellation within 48 hours of the announcement of the imposed restriction. If you choose to hold your bookings whilst travel restrictions are in place then the standard cancellation policy above will apply.
