Motell Avoca asub 1,5 hektari suurusel maa-alal, mis on ümbritsetud suurte aedadega. Motell pakub esimesel korrusel tube. Majutusasutusel on varjuliste puude all paiknev väljas paiknev istumisnurk ja grillimisvahendid. Motellil on suur sissesõidutee, palju muruplatse ja ilusad aiaalad.
