Property information

Location, Location and Views! This completely renovated 2 bedroom unit provides Free WiFi and Foxtel and comes complete with air conditioning and a dishwasher. All the little extras to provide a stress free, comfortable holiday. Add to this an unbeatable location in Shoal Bay Village, surrounded by cafes, an IGA downstairs, Shoal Bay Country Club a 2 minute walk and the beach straight across the road. Not to mention your balcony and master bedroom enjoys spectacular views! The open plan design of the entertaining area features a renovated, fully equipped kitchen, lounge room with flat screen TV, DVD player and dining table for 6. Sit back and cook on the gas BBQ and dine on the balcony while enjoying the stunning water views. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and the second bedroom has a single trundle bed which converts to two single beds. The modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower as well as an internal washing machine in the bathroom. The beds will be made up with fresh linen and bath towels are supplied. There is one secure car space on site for your convenience. Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.
