Town beach and Oxley beach straight across the road. Walk 10 min. to the heart of town with its cafes and gourmet restaurants. Walk 1 min. to the back of the building and you're at the Bowling Club. Walk 2 min. to outdoor tennis courts separate from building. Free WIFI. Air conditioning in lounge. You can't get more central than this location and yet have privacy, there are no neighbours looking into you.
