Perth Ascot Central Apartment Hotel offers guests a 'home away from home.' Apartments are ideal for those wanting much more than just a hotel room. Guests can choose between studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, relax in the large swimming pool and spa, and use the BBQ area. Ascot Central Apartment Hotel is a self-catering apartment complex. We have 36 Studio apartments, 36 1 Bedroom apartments and 16 Townhouses (a mix of 2 and 3 bedrooms). We have limited food & beverage on site but we're not that far from restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Neighbourhood information

The Ascot area is close to the Domestic Airport (2 mins drive), International Terminal (10 mins drive) and the CBD (about 15 mins). Ascot Racecourse is nearby as is the new Perth Stadium being built just down the road next to Crown Casino at Burswood. 25 minutes would see you in the heart of the Swan Valley wine growing region and about the same time to the northern or southern beach areas of Perth.
