BRAND NEW LISTING Our central location is suitable for families, couples or small groups wanting to get away and stay in a great location. Fully self-contained rear stand-alone apartment in a private/quiet location. Within easy walking distance to all Echuca has to offer. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, open entertainment with kitchen, dining (seating 8) and lounge opening to outside BBQ area with extra dining for 8. We have room for upto 3 cars on the premises (including one lockup garage). The train/bus station is 450 meters walk away over the footbridge near Big W. We are within easy walking distance to all Echuca has to offer. Brand new kids entertainment complex "Gravity Shack" is across the road within 80 meters of the apartment offering trampolines, climbing wall, café etc..
We are within 400 meters to both Woolworths and Coles and 700 meters to the main street. The port area is 10 - 15 minute walk.
