Guests also enjoy BBQ facilities with outdoor seating. Chandlers Smiths Beach Villas Yallingup is within 20 minutes’ drive of a number of Margaret River wineries. Dunsborough is a 15-minute drive, and Busselton is a 30-minute drive away. A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a stove and a microwave are standard in all villas. Each villa has a separate living room with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player.

Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to stay during the high school leavers week from Sunday 19th - Sunday 26th November 2023. Anyone under the age of 21 will be refused entry to the property with no refund.

It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
