This is a restored late19th century building that features high ceilings, large windows, featured skylights, right in the heart of Stawell, perfect for the family getaway. Its all about character,with wide open spaces in all areas. This beautiful recently restored and renovated home has old world touches throughout. Featuring flame gas fire, air-conditioning, amazing staircase, renovated kitchen and bathroom with 2 separate toilets. Plenty of light with added skylights and 3 bedrooms, large lounge, dinning and office space. Situated right in the heart of Stawell, which is the home of the famous Stawell Gift. Also the gateway to the Grampians and Great Western wineries.

Neighbourhood information

This home is situated right in the centre of town, walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and hotels including supermarkets that are only just around the corner. Besides the main attractions there is walking trails, waterfalls and scenic drives. Stawell is a small reginal town that is located in the Northern Grampians shire. Its major industry is tourism, mining and agriculture. Stawell is the home of the famous "Stawell Gift". Award winning wineries in the Great Western are a 20 minute drive where you will find Pyrenees Winery. Stawell is handy to the amazing silo arts trail, that makes a great day outing. Grampians National Park is one of Victoria's most iconic holiday destinations, attracting one million tourist per year. Stawell is the closest town to the Grampians Park approximately 20 mins drive. Its an ideal place to explore the natural attractions.
