It also has air conditioning in the family/dining/kitchen space at rear for those rare very hot days when the house may become too warm. Reverse cycle, it can also be used for warmth in winter, though is rarely needed due to the flood of passive solar warmth from full height NE facing rear windows. The kitchen is well equipped with a central island bench, pantry and loads of cupboards. Everything is provided for a relaxing stay including quality crockery, glassware and cookware, etc etc etc. There is great separation for families with living areas and TVs at the rear and sleeping areas at the front of the house. Full of natural light and perfect for your family holiday close to town, but far away enough to be peaceful and connected with nature. Plenty of spaces for the family to enjoy with a back terrace, lawn, play space, trampoline and cubby overlooking the natural bush reserve at back. Dunsborough is a great base from which to enjoy the SW Capes Region famous for its vineyards, galleries, surf beaches, golf courses, forests, walking/bike trails, caves, fishing and safe beaches. An easy 700m walk to family safe ‘old Dunsborough’ beach, and easy access beyond to the Meelup coastal trail. Situated in a in a quiet cul-de-sac about 1 km from town.

This home is located in a residential area with permanent neighbours and families, so is not suitable for parties or events. Music must be turned down by 10pm and OFF by midnight. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and rear garden. There is a garage with enclosed parking sufficient for two cars, and further parking on the driveway at front if preferred. (The driveway is a shared right-of-way off the head of the cul-de-sac, and must not be obstructed for through traffic to two other houses that gain property access by it). Other things to note The property is close to the Dunsborough Country Club and Old Dunsborough Hall and Art Gallery. You may can gain access to all these amenities for a small fee and prior booking. The amenities include tennis courts, a dry golf course, bowling green and a bar restaurants open late afternoon and some evenings at very reasonable prices. You can walk through the Country Club grounds as a short cut to Old Dunsborough boat ramp and beach - a very safe and family oriented beach with marine mammal enclosure for safer swimming.
