    House was centrally located, with its own carport. Walking distance to Marina, food joints and Salamanca. Very clean, well provided - food, utensils, glassware, whiteware - all in brand new condition. Highly recommended.

Hobart City Townhouse is ideal for those seeking a convenient inner-city lifestyle from a stylish setting.
Hobart City Townhouse is located in the Battery Point heritage precinct, close to the Hobart CBD, Salamanca, Sandy Bay and the MONA ferry terminal. The townhouse looks towards Mt Wellington on one side and overlooks an established garden towards Salamanca on the other. We are close to Kelly's Steps, Arthurs Circus, the fine eateries of Hampden Road and Salamanca Place and only a short walk from the Salamanca Market.
