Januce is a delightful and comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom river front house with a large rear deck overlooking the Kalang River, in Urunga on the mid north coast of NSW. The high ceiling deck is your private viewing platform for watching river life. You can fish from the back yard. This home has- *ducted aircon and heating *gourmet kitchen with Smeg appliances * big TV, NBN, WiFi, Netflix *comfortable deck furniture to sit with a wine after dinner, over the river, *very comfy beds * laundry *games and books all in a lovely private garden setting facing directly onto the river. Read the reviews -everyone loves this stylish comfortable river front holiday home. Ideal for holiday adventures, lazy meals watching the river float by, lie in the hammock & read a book, fish from the back yard, Minutes from the boardwalk & Lido (safe kid swimming), golf club & beach. 12 mins to Bellingen (food and music) and 20 minutes to Coffs (shopping). Urunga is an undiscovered coastal town of 3000 people, where 2 rivers meet the sea, midway Brisbane and Sydney.
We love living in Urunga, in Bellingen Shire, an undiscovered gem where the rivers meet the sea and with the world's best climate. We are very happy to share this unknown gem with you. Like many locals here we know that we are privileged but we also take pride in sharing this awesome place with others that they can enjoy it and go away revitalised.
Urunga, where the Bellinger and Kalang Rivers meet the sea, is a small town of about 3,000 people, recently bypassed by the new highway. That has recreated the town as an even more pleasant and safer place to be. Urunga is 20 minutes to Coffs Harbour, with a base hospital, major airport, shopping and traffic lights, and 12 minutes to Bellingen - great food, live music, a hippy vibe and great markets. Urunga has lovely cafes and coffee shops , a golf club, several excellent restaurants and of course the famous (for us) boardwalk, 800m beside the river to the ocean.
