A foundation member of Premium Realty, Angelena has been with the company for over 8 years. Her efficiency and behind-the-scenes coordination ensure that everything runs smoothly for both guests and property owners.
• Crystal – Senior Holiday Let Manager
With extensive experience in the holiday rental market, Crystal is your go-to expert for finding the perfect holiday home. She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care.
• Gaye – Residential Property Manager
Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service.

We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

Living on the deck, totally describes this beautiful waterfront holiday rental located on South Esplanade, in a prime location on Bribie Island, with stunning views of the Pumicestone Passage. The large outdoor area is an entertainer’s delight with multiple seating areas and cooking facilities. Wifi available!
Take a stroll along the waterfront just outside your front door or enjoy a coffee and dine out at the local RSL, Cafes, Restaurants, Clubs, and takeaways all close by!
This holiday home offers an open plan Living/Dining and fully equipped Kitchen. Featuring 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 with king bed; bedroom 2 with queen bed and bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. Laundry is located at the rear of Master bedroom for easy access.
All linen will be provided for your stay including 1bath towel and 1 beach towel provided per person. There will also be provided with a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash for your stay.
Relax outside on the deck and enjoy the sea breeze and watch the stunning sunsets with your favourite beverage. Please note his property is not pet friendly and no fire pits or outside fires are not permitted on the property.
