Aiavaatega Luxe Ranch pakub aia, baari ja grillimisvõimalusega majutust umbes 5,6 km kaugusel Swan Hilli raudteejaamast. Külaliste käsutuses on terrass ja välikamin. Kohapeal on päikeseterrass, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. Esimesel korrusel asuvas puhkemajas on 4 magamistuba, lameekraaniga televiisor koos voogedusteenusega ning köök, kus on nõudepesumasin, praeahi, pesumasin, mikrolaineahi, röster ja kõik muu vajalik.
