Fully furnished home with quality linen, comfy beds, (Including 3 x high end King beds, 2 x queens and 2 x long singles) super convenient location, ramp access, quiet street, secure back yard, off street parking, north facing main deck, powerful ducted AC in all top rooms, 5 smart TV's and wi-fi - great value house in a booming coastal city. Central to town, jetty, golf course, driving range, Promenade, tennis courts, airport, town pool, skatepark, playground, great cafes, bike tracks, Stadium, Plaza, beaches and lots more! Downstairs studio flat for groups of 6 or more guests.
Aussie couple Lyndon & Annie gain genuine pleasure from having people enjoy our comfortable home and benefiting from the regular improvements we make to the place. Coffs is such a great place for a stay and this home is so centrally located and so well furnished with quality beds and linen you will not be disappointed, in fact you will probably be pleasantly surprised! Such is the response from guests who have stayed, we are confident you will also be fully satisfied with your choice! You will have full access to the entire property and you can always contact us with any questions or concerns night or day.

Local features like Prominade, Jetty, centre mall, etc., are within walking distance of between 10 - 20 minutes, but there are buses operating around the town on Harbour Drive, Hogbin Drive, Grafton St (Hwy) etc also going to the plaza and taxis, uber on call.
