Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that rooms are serviced once a week. Please note that all rooms/apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only.
Please note that construction work is taking place in the hotel from June 2025 to October 2025 and some rooms may be affected by noise.
A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
