Easy accessible to: M31 Hume Highway - 3 minute drive Albury Airport - 4 minute drive Charles Sturt University - 5 minute drive TAFE Thurgoona - 5 minute drive Thurgoona Golf Course - 5 minute drive Albury Base Hospital - 8 minute drive Hume Weir - 8 minutes drive Albury CBD - 9 minute drive There are ample bike trails nearby and the bus stop where you can get the 908 bus around Albury is about a 10 minute walk.
