Meet Our Dedicated Team:
• Angelena – Office Manager
A foundation member of Premium Realty, Angelena has been with the company for over 8 years. Her efficiency and behind-the-scenes coordination ensure that everything runs smoothly for both guests and property owners.
• Crystal – Senior Holiday Let Manager
With extensive experience in the holiday rental market, Crystal is your go-to expert for finding the perfect holiday home. She manages the day-to-day operations of our holiday let portfolio with professionalism and care.
• Gaye – Residential Property Manager
Gaye brings dedication and expertise to the management of our long-term rental properties, ensuring tenants and owners receive attentive, professional service.

We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

Come stay in our Luxury Morning Sunrise Private Suite and as the sun rises you will see the magic happen through the side window. If you would like a sleep in, there are block out curtains available.
“Hamptons House Resort” styling at its very finest.
Your Private Suite is located up a grand staircase with the Morning Sunrise Suite situated on your right. You have a Smart TV - Paramount, WiFi, a walk in robe and your own bar fridge, where on arrival you will find water, milk, and wine ready to go! There is a shared kitchen downstairs with plenty of room plus an additional bathroom downstairs.
All suites are private and individually keyed. Ducted air-con permanently set to 23 degrees with blankets and fans available in the room.
We do 1 night stays during the week and 2 nights over the weekend, 4 night minimum over Easter and Christmas.
NO guests allowed or children.
All linen is provided with 1 towel per person, water, coffee, tea, milk and a complimentary wine ready to go.

We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 500AUD. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.
