Surrounded by native bush this modern villa is styled with comfortability and function. With a great open spaced floor plan, the kitchen compliments the dining area, which flows onto the living/lounge and reading nook. With a concealed laundry with washing and drying machines tucked away. Two spacious bedrooms await you at the rear of the property which each have their own ensuite, wardrobe, air-conditioning and tv, what more could you need? With a less than 10 minute walk into town, a 10 minute drive to Meelup or Eagle Bay and only an 8 minute drive to Yallingup, this villa is in a great spot for anyone visiting the Southwest region. Number 23 is a homely villa, loved and cared for by its owner and has all the comforts one needs and more, don't worry...we have plenty of wine glasses!
Hello my name is Liz and I am a music teacher living in Perth. I am a keen swimmer, gardener, walker and reader; therefore Dunsborough has always been my home away from home! My villa has always been the perfect holiday escape for me and I'm so happy I can share it with others!
Dunsborough town centre is a short bike ride or walk away (less than 10 minutes)! Drive to beautiful Meelup Beach or town beach with amply playgrounds and miles of beach to wander along. Eagle bay is ten minutes away or continue on to Geographe Lighthouse. Fabulous swimming beaches including Bunker bay and Eagle bay as well as surfing beaches. Yallingup beach is eight minutes drive and is a world famous surfing beach with breathtaking scenery. Excellent cafes and restaurants abound in the area including Lamonts, Eagle Bay Brewery, Wise Winery, Bunker Bay cafe . Simmo's ice-creamery and Happs pottery are also popular attractions. Many wineries close by amidst beautiful bush scenery.
