Forget your worries in this spacious, private and serene space. Large open plan studio with double bed that can sleep 2 + a private luxury bedroom retreat with ensuite and king size bed with hotel cloud topper. Mindfully created, new from old, more from less, natural, slow, luxurious villa to play and stay in, near 10 amazing beaches. We have created this studio with natural materials only and simple luxury in mind. We like you to feel calm and chilled in this beautiful light-filled space below the poinciana tree listen to the bird songs and enjoy all that this area has to offer. Fully equipped kitchen. Filtered water on request. We have renovated this studio for business guests, small family stays and/or mates to have a good, spacious, luxurious and affordable stay in this beautiful part of the world. Please note our listing automatically shows a 2-bedroom apartment as we can sleep 4. Studio birdsong is a 1-bedroom luxury apartment (king bed) with an extra bed (Double Bed) in the open living studio. We did this to make this listing affordable and suitable for certain guests (family stays, holiday stays, comfortable budget business travel, airport transfers etc) requirements.
Australian/ Dutch, mother of my two beautiful children Coco (2) & Blue (8), self-employed environmental health consultant, beach lover, surf and camping adventures, healthy and quality living enthusiast and now since designing Studio Birdsong a passionate interior stylist/ renovator wannabe.... I so enjoyed designing this studio and working with our fantastic dream team of tradesmen. Luckily for me household management tasks like washing, sun drying, folding and vacuuming are my favorite household cores just don't leave any dirty dishes please ;-) We love to help you out finding the best surf, fish, cafes, shops, restaurants, markets and to-does in our local area— just ask... :-) We don't often see our guests as the studio is totally private with separate entrances on the other side of our house (more like a neighbouring property) however are always up for a chat! I love to hear from you and welcome any feedback for the studio... also feel free to send me a message if you have any questions....
Walking distance to golf course, bakery, local cafe, medical center, Indian take-out Restaurant, Bombay Wala, pharmacy and bottle shop. A 2 to 5-minute drive to Flat rock, Shelly beach, Sharps beach, Lennox Head, North Wall and Light House beach. 5 min drive to Shaw's bay for fantastic swims and little waves from grommets. Bike tracks are connecting to Sharpes Beach and Lennox's Head. A 20 min drive to the hustle and bustle of byron bay and its famous beach and lots of trees surrounding the neighbourhood with beautiful BIRDSONG! Front house street parking driveway parking on request. The medical center, pharmacy, bottle shop, little supermarket Foodworks, Indian takeout restaurant, butcher, bakery, and a cafe are all within walking distance
