This property is made up of 3 bedroom Unit at back and a 2 bedroom unit at the front which can be opened into an entire home - perfect for 2 families enjoying a holiday together however still offering privacy of own space. Each Unit is also offered separately for rent and under Individual listings. If you are looking to escape the hussle and bussle of busy life and need somewhere to simply relax and enjoy this is a perfect getaway. Do as little or as much as you like - plenty of activity on offer or just simply relax and unwind. This property backs onto a rainforest with a few mins from the beach you can listen to the sound of the birds and waves while relaxing on the back deck or even in the lounge room. Watch the kids play in the yard from the back deck and enjoy adventures exploring the rainforest. Ramps into property for those needing easy access Walk through he rainforest and to the beach within 3-5 mins Enjoy a morning walk along the Coastal walk which spans from town CBD through to Lighthouse beach - This property sits mid way through the walk. Our family moved to Port Macquarie early 2000. Of the many places we have lived in and visited Port Macquarie is where we have come to love. This property was fully restored and renovated in 2020 with the hard work of our whole family . We absolutely enjoy welcoming guests into our property to enjoy and relax during the time they have in our wonderful town. The coastal walks and beaches are one of our favourite activities however there are so many options to keep our family occupied. We have extensively travelled Australia and I know that when you arrive in a town it takes a few days to get to know where everything is....and then on your last days you discover activities and restaurants you have no time left for . This is why I make an effort to ensure our guests are informed of our local favourite so you can make the most of the short or long stay you have with us. This property is perfectly set up for families to create memories and it is such a pleasure being part of making that happen
Very quiet tranquil Street with this Unit backing onto Rainforest and access toward the Beaches and coastal walk - 1 block Walk through Rainforest one block to Nobbys Beach and Coast Walk or 10 minutes walk to Flynns beach , shops and restaurants
