Please be advised that Unit 1 within the complex will be undergoing renovations from 15th–19th September and again from 7th October–30th November. During these periods, there may be some noise and minor disturbances. Spacious and light-filled 6/21 Park Crescent in Sunshine Beach is a home away from home. Recently renovated and refurbished this stylish 3-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 guests in comfort and is a stone's throw from the beach. Set across one level on the middle level of the complex this apartment represents fantastic value for the price, style and location. It is big enough for the whole family and has fabulous sea views from the sunny north facing balcony. The main living area opens out onto a spacious balcony with stacking doors that can be pushed back to let the ocean breezes through. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is comfortable dining for 6. While there is no BBQ in the apartment there is an electric grill in the kitchen. The master bedroom with King bed also opens out onto the balcony - enjoy your morning cuppa and stunning sunrises or simply relax at the end of the day. A spacious ensuite with double vanities and shower completes this space. Two more beautifully decorated bedrooms, with a Queen and 2 x Singles respectively, are at the rear of the apartment with peaceful leafy outlooks. These rooms share a second bathroom with shower and hip-bath. Guests have access to the complex pool and there is lift access to the apartment. There is also an exclusive lock-up storeroom, located in the garage, for guests to use.  It can fit surfboards, bikes and beach essentials, and any other items needing safe storage.
