The Pacific Pearl has an elderly couple as permanent residential tenants in the apartment downstairs, each has their separate entrance, the downstairs outdoor area is for holiday guest use only. The Pacific Pearl, 16 Pacific Avenue is a great family holiday property that caters for dogs and located a short 350 metre walk to the best beaches in Anna Bay that are perfect for swimming, surfing, walking and the bonus of also allowing pets on leashes. This property does include sheets and towels with bed making, please bring your own beach towels. The property also provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
