Šumarak lodge as designed is comfortably fit architecturally and aesthetically within the character of its surroundings slopes of Trebevic mountain. The use of stone and timber on the exterior, the extensive use of porches, balconies, and terraces, large windows that “invite the outside in” to interior spaces with central positionated fireplace provides cosy warm atmosphere. The view from western terrace is framed by a wooded natural landscape with mountains on distance.
Šumarak lodge as an accommodation facility which is located and designed to optimize the feeling of being closely in touch with nature provide to our guests unique outdoor experience. On the estern side of main building located in a grove is cabin with sumer kitchen, outdoor toilet & bathroom and porch. On a porch is located open fireplace with barbecue equipment large dining table and hammocks.
In front there is lawn, little sungarden, orchard, parking etc. On the fully fenced 3700 sqm yard our guests have absolute privacy.
The uniqueness of this accommodation lies in the fact that it is located in beautiful nature where you wake up to the chirping of birds and is only a 15 minute drive from the city center.
As a passionate nature lover, I must inform you that all three ski resorts in the area are less than a 30-minute drive away, as are hiking and cycling trails that network the surrounding area.
It would not be strange to conclude that, in addition to all the other facilities in and around the city, your stay in this accommodation left the most pleasant impression on you.
