Very cosy atmosphere! The sons were at home and the parents away, the son was very nice and helpful. We had dogs with us and they enjoyed playing with their dog in the beautiful yard. Our kids loved the place and we will for sure be coming back...

If you prefer a chained-brand hotel sterile place, this may not be a place for you, but if you are looking for a cozy nice place with friendly homeowners, you won't be disappointed.

A family run B&B situated in a Belgian Chateau and surrounded by forests and farmland. Wake up to complete calm and bird songs, in rooms that are very spacious with wonderful ceiling moldings and large windows. Our maisonette is situated in a converted stables with high ceilings, wooded beams and wood stove - all original. We kindly advise you that if you wish to bring your dogs we need to be asked as we have a very young dog who is very enthusiastic when meeting new people and dogs.
We are an international family. I am Belgian, educated in the USA, with 18 years of work experience in London. My wife is Kiwi with 12 years of work experience in Amsterdam.
We are close to the wonderful Villers, la Ville Abbey, the Charleroi airport (15 minutes), the Waterloo battle fields (17 minutes) and the Louvain la Neuve University campus (and the Tintin museum) . A bit further afield is Brussels, the Ardennes and much more.
