Nouveau - Au centre du Village pittoresque de Sart Lez Spa mais au calme, dans une impasse. Petit appartement de charme dans un corps de ferme d antan en vieilles pierres. Rénové avec des materiaux de qualité tout en gardant le charme authentique du lieu, le logement offre un lit King Size ou 2 lits simples ( à préciser) la cuisine, salle de douche ( grande douche Italienne) et wc séparé. Entrée privée, parking gratuit devant le Cottage...tranquillité absolue. Possibilité de rajouter 1 couchage sur demande. Il se trouve à deux pas des promenades de la Hoegne, du circuit de Francorchamps, des pistes de ski, de la ville de Spa, des Thermes, des Hautes Fagnes, du barrage de la Gileppe...de Malmedy, proche des plateaux des Hautes Fagnes... Restaurants typiques à 100 mètres et plats, 1 excellente boucherie artisanale qui propose des plats à emporter. 2 Boulangeries au village et possibilité de se faire livrer le petit déjeuner par notre " Cindy " ( Tout frais du Village) . Ambiance bucolique et charme fou, accès piscine et jardin....en été, transats, parasol et serviettes de plage sont fournis. Il est entièrement clôturé pour vos amis a 4 pattes. En hiver, vous pouvez pratiquer la nage hivernale. Nos invités ont un coin bbq privé au jardin au calme et en toute intimité ainsi qu un Brasero ( à partir de juin) Les chiens sont bienvenus sur demande avec 1 petit supplément de 10euros/nuit pour le ménage intensifié.
J aime voyager vrai, authentique... Je réponds rapidement aux messages et emails. J essaye de vous accueillir en personne, mais le check-in peut se faire de façon autonome. Le logement est entièrement privatif, entrée et parking indépendants. Les zones jardin sont partiellement partagées. Des produits locaux sont à disposition dans le logement, café, thé, épices et de quoi cuisiner....nous habitons à côté, n hésitez pas à demander s il manque quelque chose.
Le village est plein de charme, fleuri en saison ses maisons en pierre du Pays, sa place arborée. 2 restaurants à moins de 150 mètres, pizzeria et plats à emporter. Une friterie . Le logement se trouve dans une impasse, au calme. Pistes de ski à 4 km, sentier de promenades devant la maison. A Spa- possibilité de louer des 2CV, des vélos ou des scooters. Arrêt de bus à 100 mètres
