REGISTRATION (ONLINE CHECK-IN FORM): Besides it being a legal required formality, the primary guest is hereby requested to complete our online check-in form. At the time of your booking a secured link has been forwarded to you to do so.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: A weekly housekeeping service is included in your reservation. If you so desire, additional housekeeping services are available, pending a 24h notice. and a 125€ supplement per service.

LINEN REFRESHMENT SERVICE: Your residence has been fitted with a fresh set of bed and bath linens according to the number of persons included in your reservation. Your linen will be refreshed free of charge during our weekly housekeeping service. If you so desire, your bed and or bath linens may be refreshed at your convenience, pending a 24h notice and a supplement: ▷ Bed linens: 35€ per bed / ▷ Bath linens 30€ per set/person.

MEET § GREET CHECK-IN FROM 15h00-17h30. Our Guest Coordinator will meet you in person.

SELF CHECK-IN AS OF 17h30. Our Guest Coordinator will forward you the access codes. For a self-check-in it is imperative that the primary guests completes our online check-in form forwarded to you at the time of your booking, failing to do so, your access codes WILL NOT BE forwarded to you.

SELF CHECK-IN WITH PARKING

For a self check-in with a parking please be advised that the remote control to open the parking port which is located just to the left of our main entrance, is secured within a key-box located in the building’s hallway on the ground floor. Our Guest Coordinator will forward you the key-box code to access the remote control.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: We will be more than happy to secure your luggage, either before check-in or after check-out. Our luggage storage is available as of 09h30 till 17h30 pending 5€ per piece of luggage.

Children from 0 to 3 years stay for free whilst using our existing bed configuration. Children from 4 to 17 are charged as adults
