The ideal location to relax with the family or a large family up to 9 persons (and baby) and to enjoy the pleasures Oostduinkerke has to offer. Villa Annie is composed of: - a large sunny living room with south oriented terrace, - well equipped kitchen with all comfort, dining area, laundry room. - bedroom 1: 2p bed - 1m60 - down 2p and full baby bed, - bedroom 2: 2x1p bed - 2x80cm - down 1p, - bedroom 3: 2p bed - 1m40 - down 2p, - bedroom 4.1: 2x1p - 2x80cm - down 1p, - bedroom 4.2: 2x1p - 2x80cm - down 1p. - Shower room with washbasin and toilet - Bathroom with washbasin and toilet. - The garden is not enclosed but the house is situated in a dead-end street where children can play safely. - The driveway offers space for 3 cars. - There is a garage, ideal for bicycles and beach equipment (to be provided by yourself). Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Inclusive: Final cleaning - cancellation insurance Exclusive: Energy consumption - consumption of cold water, is calculated according to the meter reading. The meter readings taken can be obtained on simple request.
