We offer a contemporary and modern house for up to 12 guests (8+4), designed with harmony, love, and attention to details. It consists of three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a mini flat with built-in bedroom, open space kitchen and living room, bathroom facilities and a balcony. The main kitchen and living room are fully equipped and can satisfy all culinary needs. The enclosed patio offers heating and can be enjoyed even in the coolest evenings. The heating and the hot water are centrally procured. The garden is enormous, green, and nicely decorated, a wonderful place to chill during the sunny days. The outdoor garden space is equipped with an electric BBQ. Upon request, it offers furniture and decoration for parties and events at an agreed additional price. The parking lot within the premises includes up to three cars, the parking is free too and under video surveillance in the open external parking space next to the house.
A perfectionist, I love socialising, having people around and getting together as well as good food and drinks. I am a generous and friendly person who likes to travel and wishes to welcome many new people in Guest House "Doni". Please, feel free to contact me if you are interested in my property. We are delighted to introduce to your attention Guest House “Doni”! It is located in Sandanski, Bulgaria’s most sun-soaked destination. Guest House “Doni” is a gem in a very commutable area, extremely well-connected with the city centre as well as with the main entrance of Sandanski and the highway to Sofia or Greece. Yet, the tranquillity and the quietude of the neighbourhood guarantee our guests an excellent, relaxing, and peaceful stay, a desired escape from the busy nature of urban life. Sandanski and its perks are world-famous. The town is a chosen vacation destination, recognized as a top spa, balneotherapy and wellness retreat.Right next to the house, our little guests and their parents can have fun in one of the biggest party centres in Sandanski - "Veselushko". It offers all kind of kids entertainment and wonderful cuisine as well. There are two big supermarkets in the area - Kaufland and Billa, numerous gas stations and small shops plus the zone is well connected with all the rest of the town - the park, Melnik and Pirin mountain.
