I am originally from Germany and 41 years old. I work as a teacher at a school in Botafogo. I have spent almost 3 years in Brazil and about one year in Rio. I speak Portuguese very well and know Rio and other places in Brazil pretty good. I love the outdoors, traveling, doing sports, cooking and music.

Property information

It's nice, calm and simple shared apartment with everything you need. The kitchen, living room and one of the bathrooms is shared with me and possibly other guests. The living room has an AC. The laundry machine may be used and space for drying, dryer, etc. All rooms have a double bed a ceiling fan and wardrobe (space for clothes), etc. One room has an AC and one room has a private bath room. There is a set of beach tennis that may be used, a beach volley ball, as well as a frisbee. Check in and check out is sort of flexible.

Neighbourhood information

It's a popular and safe neighborhood. The beach, many restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, bus stops and the metro are just a few steps away. The location is right in front of the beach! :)
