Myself Reuben is from Northern Ireland and my wife Annie from Brazil Mato Groso De Sul. I moved from Australia to Brazil in 2015 after selling up my Resturant and started a new life here, we always look forward to meeting our guests and hearing there story we will wish you a warm welcome and promise we will do everything for you to enjoy your stay.

Minas Em Marambia is a Chale built and designed by a Northern Irish man called Reuben McGonigle, Located in Barra de Guratiba in Clube Dos Marambia. Inspired by the design of the original house and famous architect Juilo Graber transported an old farm from Minas Gerais and constructed in 1975. “ hence the name Minas Em Marambia “ Marambia is the indigenous name of the area and beach we are situated on a peninsula at the maximum height of the forest we are surrounded by many fruit trees exotic plants and trees some of which the most famous landscaper in the world Roberto Burle Marx planted himself.
