Welcome to my grandmother's house, a very large house (360 m²), airy, organized, clean and comfortable. Located in the best neighborhood of SP, close to all types of establishments. The house has a vintage decor, with lots of art and paintings by my grandmother in every room. Here at home, you will have everything you need to live well: a bed with a comfortable mattress, furniture and wardrobe. In addition to kitchen utensils, shower, washing machine, smart TV with open channels and even a gym in the private garden with lounge with various utilities. The rooms are very large, comfortable and airy. You will feel safe and peaceful, surrounded by nature, away from the noise of the city, but in the heart of SP and close to many amazing places.

I love to hear and tell stories, this is the biggest benefit of receiving people from all over the world and contributing in some way to the quality of life and hospitality in the house I rent here on Airbnb. I'm 28 years old, I've lived in the south of São Paulo since I was born, with the exception of exchanges in the US and Australia, where I lived for just over 2 years in total. I have a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and I work as a senior business consultant in the financial market and currently work from home. I love sports and music, I practice Surf and Calisthenics, I like to play the guitar, mix music at the DJ's table and make improvised poetic rhymes. I don't drink and lately I've become quite a homebody, not only because of the pandemic, but also to be able to focus on health, work and studies. Excellent location! The street is guarded by guards 24 hours a day and within a radius of 3km you will find Shopping Ibirapuera, Shopping Vila Olímpia and Shopping JK Iguatemi. Natural products fair (on Wednesdays), Ibirapuera Park, Restaurants, Congonhas Airport, Bars, Supermarket, Subway Station, Shops and much more. For those who don't know the neighborhood, Moema is one of the noblest areas of São Paulo, among others that are very close, such as Vila Olímpia (~3km), Vila Nova Conceição (~2km), Jardins (~4km) and Itaim Bibi ( ~5km). Therefore, rent values are considerably higher than in other neighborhoods in SP, but the benefit of living in an upscale neighborhood is incomparable. Security, public transport, proximity to business centers and shops justify the price.
