Property information

A casa está localizada no bairro de Interlagos, a duas quadras do Autódromo de Interlagos (5 m a pé), e a duas quadras da Represa de Guarapiranga. O bairro é encantador, seguro, familiar, ruas tranquilas e arborizadas, excelente para se fazer caminhadas e de fácil acesso para transporte público. O canto dos pássaros é nossa melodia diária. Super bem localizado para os eventos do Autódromo e a 5 minutos da Represa de Guarapiranga para passear de barco. É singular. Você não encontra mais isso em São Paulo. Para que sua estadia seja ainda mais espetacular aqui, sugiro que leia todas as regras e políticas da casa.

Neighbourhood information

O bairro tem excelentes bares e restaurantes, padarias ótimas e supermercados de alta qualidade. Nos yachtclubs você pode locar barcos ou até mesmo jetski para passear na represa. Para quem curte natureza, o lugar é rico em fauna e flora e tem o Parque Jacques Cousteau para passear e ver os patinhos, gansos, macaquinhos, inclusive jacaré. Os melhores shopping centers ficam de 5 a 15 minutos daqui. O bairro é um mix de Ilhabela com Campos do Jordão.
