Access to the property is entirely via self check-in, through a digital lock we send the password via WhatsApp, come and experience this experience, in addition to being very well located close to the city center and main avenues, the property is just 3 blocks from the Nuno de Assis Avenue with easy access to Nações Unidas, shopping boulevard, bus station and the city's main markets. Apartment fully equipped with smart TV, minibar, cooktop, air conditioning, streaming such as NEX FLIX, bed linen, sheets, towels, pillow and kitchen accessories such as crockery. We have free parking spaces, 1 covered and 2 uncovered spaces, Bakery very close, just 3 minutes walk from one of the best Bakeries in Bauru "Casca de Noz".

Neighborhood very well located very close to the center of Bauru, easy access to Av Nuno de Assis, Nações Unidas, which are the main avenues of the city, which facilitate access to anywhere in Bauru.
