    “Its obviously a very old house but it has had a few renovations and was VERY cozy and had everything we needed. For the price of renting this apartment, the $$ was similar to renting a hotel room but this was ALOT better!”

Great location in central Laval, just 20 minutes walking distance to the metro (subway) De la Concorde and to Place Bell. Conveniently located near Highway 15 which, is just 15 minutes driving distance to downtown Montreal. The Bus stop is just in front of the door. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, parks and a community center close by, as well as the beautiful scenic River Prairies. Clean and newly renovated 5 1/2 apartment (3 bedrooms, one kitchen,1 living room and 1 bathroom).
Cooking,Travel,Sport,Music We would like to give guests space. But if they need help,they can reach us by email, text or phone call.
Nice French-speaking neighborhood, library, parks,restaurants,grocery stores on the street, you'll feel the local active community atmosphere .
