Very friendly (if sometimes loquacious) hosts. Excellent location (22 min leisurely walk for active seniors) to the main Festival Theatre. Less than that to a wide variety of restaurants & lical activities.

Full breakfast. It was lovely as well as the hosts. No bedroom on main floor. Forgot to ask for challenged husband but he made the 17 steps.

Beautiful, clean B&B in the heart of Stratford. Lovely hosts who made sure our stay was comfortable, even going out of their way to ensure we had dinner reservations ready. Great breakfast included! We would go back in a heartbeat!

We are located in one of Stratford's most envied neighbourhoods, close walking distance to the theatres, park and downtown core. The original part of our beautiful character home - a popular "Ontario Cottage" - was built in 1877; the first owner, Margaret Dow, was a Scottish immigrant who farmed in North Easthope just outside of Stratford for many years, settling here for seven years at age 90! The 2018 theatre season is our third year hosting guests at our B&B. We look forward to meeting you, and hope you will just make yourself at home in our "cottage".
Born and raised in Stratford, and high school sweethearts, Al's RCMP career took us to western Canada where we lived and raised our family for over 30 years. We returned "home" in 2013, and are enjoying the theatre, summer music, fine restaurants and friendly people who live and visit Stratford.
One of the oldest neighbourhoods, you can park your car and walk anywhere - downtown to one of our fine restaurants, to the theatre, or stroll along the scenic Avon River.
