The fine print
If the guest has a pet (We require one pet only and weight under 40lb), they need to pay $100 pet deposit. The $200 guest deposit does not include the $100 pet deposit. If a guest's pet causes damage that costs more than $100, the guest must take over the over damage fee. Please note, Our Deluxe Room and Family two beds room suites is not allowed pet to stay.
