Reception The reception is open from 9 am to 5 pm and a receptionist will welcome you on site. After 5:00 p.m., a simple and efficient procedure with a key delivery system. Arrive early and have the chance to pick up your room as soon as it is available, we will be happy to give you the key in person and let you take advantage of our parking reserved for our guests. For late arrivals, please notify the reception.

Parking is free during the stay and the next day we are within walking distance of the village center and the cruise dock.
Please note that this hotel does not have a lift and cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility.
Please contact the hotel when booking to have a baby cot as they are limited in number.
If you cannot check in between 14:00 and 17:00, please contact the property by courier so that we can prepare your arrival after reception opening hours otherwise no worries we will prepare your check in and you can collect your key and help with our late arrival procedure which is simple and effective.
The payment of the entire stay will be made 72 hours in advance on the credit card provided in the file careful to validate that your information is up to date check the messages you receive booking. If the credit card is not valid and you have not changed it the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation.
