    Lovely room and decore wirh separate entrance, spacious bathroom not far from good eats and the water. Hosts were kind and accommodating. There's a babbling brook on property, lots of trees and birds it was so relaxing and calm. You will love it too.

    Great location and area, close to bus routes that can get you anywhere including Downtown. Comfortable bed and clean facilities. Great to have the use of a kitchen and fridge.

I enjoy meeting people from different places and warmly welcoming them into my home. At the same time, I ensure that guests have plenty of private space and time to enjoy their journey. I am always available to assist and respond to any questions promptly whenever guests need help. I only started offering short-term rentals in 2025 after applying short-term rental license, so I would greatly appreciate any suggestions and feedback from guests to help us improve our operations. All of our guest rooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, our house is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to access the local community and shopping centers.

Our property is in one of Canada's most affluent and peaceful residential neighborhoods. Despite the quiet setting, express and local buses are readily available, providing quick access to Downtown Vancouver, other tourist attractions, and shopping centers.
