It’s a very private place and there’s a bbq and fire pit available for use. There is no smoking 🚭 in the apartment but allowed on the property. There is no set quiet time. This is a 2 bedroom loft and after 2 people there will be a charge per person per night (4 person max).I would like to let you know that there are stairs so if you have mobility issues maybe not an option as there are 15 steps.
I am a grandmother of 2 beautiful children and I have 3 beautiful dogs who are not allowed to roam on the property, they are never lose. Their names are Murphy, Zoe and Luna and all are very friendly.
It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are the most friendliest people you could ever meet< true Cape Bretoners!
