This exceptionally maintained main floor of a bright bi-level home has lots of updates and is just waiting for you! The suite offers a fully equipped large, bright kitchen with island and open dining room with a large table for your family meals. Tastefully decorated spacious living room, complete with a big screen smart tv, Netflix, apple tv, DVD player and a large selection of movies for those cozy nights in. Two bedrooms with king and queen bed in each and and 1.5 baths complete the space.
I have been living in Lethbridge, Alberta for the past 18 years. Originally from Newfoundland and have lived from one end of the country to the other! I love hosting people in my home and am always available to answer questions or give local tips :) I give my guests the ability to check in by themselves and provide a beautiful, clean and private suite for you to enjoy but am always just a message away if you need anything during your visit!
A quiet family neighbourhood located on the West side of Lethbridge. Large lot backing on to a park and playground. Located close to University of Lethbridge, Nicholas Sheran park, grocery stores, shopping, walking trails and public transit. There is one dedicated parking spot on the right hand side of the driveway in front of the archway entrance. There is also plenty of street parking parallel to the curb. Please be careful not to block the neighbours driveways.
