This superior mountain view condo is the perfect home away from home in Whistler for a small family or two couples. Upon entering, find an open-concept layout with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space with a table for four, and a warm and inviting living area with a gas fireplace and multiple seating options (including a fireside window seat). The furnished balcony faces Olympic Plaza - a prime spot to listen to the music drifting over from the summer concert series (in winter, it turns into an ice skating rink and a tobogganing playground!). This condo also has a unique storage area, big enough to hold skis, suitcases, and the rest of your gear. After an exciting day on the slopes or Whistler's gorgeous hiking trails, come home to Marketplace Lodge to soothe your muscles in the communal hot tub. For your ease and convenience, the grounds include underground parking and coin-operated laundry facilities as well. You'll be able to walk to the grocery store, great restaurants, nearby coffee shops, locally owned businesses, and - of course - the lifts and gondolas (half a mile, also accessible via free shuttle). During warmer months, play a round or two at the Whistler Golf Club, head out on miles of scenic hiking trails, or spend a thrilling day at Whistler Mountain Bike Park. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
