With access out the back door to the infamous Rails to Trails hiking trail, the property backs directly onto the green belt for ultimate privacy. Easy access to the best powder snow on the planet, Whitewater Ski Resort turnoff is a quick 15-min drive. Some of the best downhill mountain biking terrain belongs to the Kootenays all accessible by car. Guests will receive recommendations on the eclectic collection of incredible restaurants, bars, and lounges in Nelson. Choice spas, boutique shops and wonderful cafes line Baker Street to keep you busy during rest days :) The private, no-thru street is great for morning & afternoon jogs with little to no traffic. The walk to shops, cafes and restaurants downtown is 15-mins. Driving is recommended as the walk home would be uphill. Careful maneuvering is required to use the driveway. Free streetside parking is available if preferred.
