Only 5 minutes from the Ajax Conference (Convention) center and about 20 minutes away from Toronto. 2 minutes to Highway 401 and 5 minutes to Ajax Go train station, bringing you directly to downtown Toronto. About 40 minutes away from Pearson International Airport. Bus stops, grocery, ATM, fast food and shopping, all within walking distance. Tons of things to do IN AND AROUND, within 5 minutes driving, and so many great places to eat and drink. This is a No Pet, No cooking, Vacation rental house. Open concept modern, bright, cozy + tons of space. No cooking (light cooking without smell for guests staying more than two weeks). ***House Manual/ Welcome Guide*** First thing you see after entering & we suggest that you read this guide. This Hard copy (green binder) guide is kept on the entrance table. It has all the essential information you need to know during your stay, such as WIFI and Netflix connectivity, getting around, what's NEARBY, what's within WALKING DISTANCE, House Rules, PLACES TO EAT/ DRINK within 5KM / 3 miles, what's within 5min driving range and so on.
