Summer 2025 Membrane Replacement Project Please note that a building-wide membrane replacement project is scheduled for Summer 2025, with work expected to be completed by late September. Construction will occur Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The project involves demolition and removal of the existing membrane, followed by the installation of a torch-on membrane on the building envelope. This work may generate noise and disruption, particularly in outdoor areas. Rates have been adjusted to reflect this potential inconvenience. As such, no additional refunds or discounts will be provided due to impacts from this project. This complex features underground parking to keep your vehicle protected from the elements. In the summer, the grounds are professionally shaped into a eye-catching garden paradise. Please note the bike storage in this complex has limited space and is not secured.
