    The flat itself is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean, air cons controls work perfectly so you can make it as warm as you wish. Kitchen has all the usual supplies although no basic things like olive oil or sugar.

Summer 2025 Membrane Replacement Project Please note that a building-wide membrane replacement project is scheduled for Summer 2025, with work expected to be completed by late September. Construction will occur Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The project involves demolition and removal of the existing membrane, followed by the installation of a torch-on membrane on the building envelope. This work may generate noise and disruption, particularly in outdoor areas. Rates have been adjusted to reflect this potential inconvenience. As such, no additional refunds or discounts will be provided due to impacts from this project.
